Chat with Lauren, Supportive Care, and charlottesville contaminAnt DISPOSAL
The cooler temperatures and sunshine have made me look forward to my morning walks with my dog, Rugby. Speaking of mornings, I’ve actually switched up my morning routine and it’s made a huge difference. The biggest change is that I’ve given up having my coffee ☕ first thing in the morning.
Gasp! I know, I know. I’ve started to delay caffeine and prioritize hydration. I drink a tall glass of water with electrolytes and then get outside for sunshine, movement, and fresh air. I’m not ready to give up my coffee completely, but I’ve found that I actually have more energy to start my day when I delay caffeine and prioritize hydration and protein.
I’m curious, have any of you given up ☕ completely and been happy with your decision?
And with that, here are the 3 Cs for this week, starting with a video chat from me!
Supportive Care: Why a Helping Hand Can Make All the Difference
We’ve all been there—feeling completely overwhelmed and thinking a spa day or Netflix binge will magically fix everything. While those things can offer temporary relief, they don’t address the stress of managing everything life throws at us.
This is where supportive care comes in. Instead of trying to do it all on your own, it's about building a support system you can rely on. Whether it’s someone to handle errands, help with the house, or even a partner, friend, or family member who can take a few tasks off your plate, having that extra support can make a huge difference. It frees you up to focus on what really matters—your family, your work, and simply enjoying life.
So, instead of waiting for your next “me-time” break, why not schedule a discovery call? Let’s talk about creating a support system that allows you to focus more on living—and less on managing the chaos of daily life.
